Our Services

Waterproof Deck Coating

Perfect for a finish on a newly installed plywood deck, or as a solution for failed deck coating system, PCI can install the deck coating system to best suit your needs. We offer a wide variety of systems to choose from as well as an assortment of finishes and textures. Our technicians can simulate, stone, slate, brick or tile, or the traditional knockdown finish. All systems are ICC approved and regularly specified by architects.

Decorative Concrete Coatings

Decorative Coatings are the ideal solution for cracked or discolored concrete. We can simulate stone, slate, brick, or tile over your existing concrete. The process is simple and more cost effective than completely replacing your failed concrete. Customize a design for your commercial or residential projects. With our extensive selection of products to choose from the possibilities are endless.

Epoxy Coating

Epoxy coatings can be installed on garage floors, warehouses, showrooms, restaurants, and industrial kitchens. These systems are seamless, durable and chemical resistant. Epoxy coatings provide a strong barrier to common elements like oil and grease. Choose from a variety of colors and a smooth or textured finish.

Sloping

PCI can reduce the amount of water that sits on a deck by utilizing coating material to create slope. This service is necessary to repair low spots, dips, bellies, and when inadequate fall has been built into the structure. Sloping can be installed over concrete and most types of decking waterproofing systems.

Sheet Metal Flashing

Sheet metal flashing is used on both new construction and rehab projects where there is no flashing or the flashing has rusted. Sheet metal properly installed, prevents decks from leaking and protects construction companies from costly litigation. PCI’s quality control system and on-site inspections guaranty the sheet metal is installed correctly on every project.

Between Slab Waterproofing

This option is perfect for the general contractor or developer that is looking for an alternative to topical coatings. During this application a fluid or sheet membrane is applied over a rough slab prior to the secondary application of the finish slab. This application is mostly used to eliminate the need for topical coatings. It’s used on garages, multi story houses, roof decks and large concrete buildings.

Below Grade Waterproofing

Similar to between slab waterproofing, below grade waterproofing involves a fluid or sheet applied membrane, but it’s applied on horizontal and vertical walls. This service is used anywhere where there is going to be a space below the grade level of the soil such as: waterproof block walls, planters, hillside houses and underground parking structures. Below grade waterproofing prevents water penetration that could otherwise damage carpet or personal items and prevents unsightly staining of garage walls.
